Minimum matric qualification. Good computer proficiency at an intermediate level -Microsoft office suite, word, excel, powerpoint and outlook. Good verbal/ written communication - telephone and client care skills in English. Have strong organisational, planning and prioritising ability. Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality. Ability to manage stress and solve problems. Ability to use initiative and work independently.
